BCA's Summary and Analysis:
Most complainants allege the company places unauthorized monthly charges to their credit cards for a long distance calling plan. Most complainants purchased another product via the Internet or a television offer, but were not aware this company would also charge their credit card. Some consumers receive a packet of information sent via third class mail informing them of the charge and indicating they must call a toll free number to cancel. If they do not cancel, their card will be charged. The company responds to most complaints by cancelling accounts and issuing full refunds. The company further explains that the customer agreed to their services when purchasing another product and sometimes referring the customer to the company where they made the other purchase.

In some cases, consumers find they are unable to contact the company to arrange returns or ask for credit.
