concerns regarding the extended wait times

l am writing to express my concern regarding the extended wait times I experienced during my recent appointment on July 16, 2024 at with American's Best. My appointment was scheduled for 4pm but I did not see the technician until 5:15pm. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, the wait time significantly exceeded what I believe is reasonable for a scheduled appointment. As a patient, I value punctuality and respect for scheduled appointments, and such a prolonged wait was inconvenient and disruptive to my day. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide an explanation for the excessive wait time. Additionally, I would like to know what measures are being taken to improve appointment scheduling and reduce wait times in the future. I value the care provided by the technician and the staff at your clinic, and I trust that steps will be taken to address this issue promptly.
