Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. National mortgage licensing system states that this is punishable by: loss of license 10 years in prison and a million dollar fine.

Damien Hughes the owner, manager, CEO and branch manager is licensed banker in Texas or more states. He is sending out mass mail (5,000) per week to local residents telling them that they have been pre-approved for a mortgage loan for $336,996.00, a monthly payment of $1913.43 and an interest rate for 5.50%. None of these items can be determined unless you've completed a 1003 (residential loan application). This is against FTC regulations and other federal laws related to mortgage lending. It is prohibited to tell a borrower or promise a loan amount; or payment, interest, taxes and insurance ( And not be able to deliver on your promise. He is a threat to unassuming consumers. And is putting unqualified buyers into homes they cannot afford.
