I believe they need to be investigated. Very unprofessional

I contacted Angelo Christian regarding a home loan. I spoke with him about my situation and asked if he would be able to help me in MN, they operate out of Texas. Angelo said it wasn't a problem they work all over the country. He sent me a link to a pre approval application & a homeowners video to watch. I watched the video and turned in the application. The next day I received a call from a branch manager Brandon Pryor. I explained my situation to him and he said it shouldn't be a problem to get me approved the issue would be for how much. Brandon sent me an email with all documents I needed to supply w-2s, social security, paychecks etc. & I did so within 72 hours. I called, text, & emailed numerous times to Brandon after sending my documents to see what the status of my application was. For over a month I tried reaching out & had no response from him. After reaching out to Angelo a few times in frustration he told me to contact Brandon as he is the branch manager. I feel this is a scam just to get people's identity including social security #s. Finally I was told by Angelina another branch manager my credit needed work and Brandon had reached out to me with a credit plan. Which indeed he had not. He then emailed me stating it wasn't my credit but my income being a problem. I'm being told 2 different reasons, Brandon continued to tell me they aren't licensed in MN! I would have expected that information right away! I believe they need to be investigated. Very unprofessional
