i placed an order on nov 29, 2024 through bed bath and beyond on their app for a loft bed frame and i also purchased assembly services through a 3rd party called angi. a couple weeks later, for reasons still unknown to me, bed bath and beyond cancelled my order after informing me several times of shipping delays. the refund for the bed frame & taxes paid was issued in a timely manner, in dec shortly after the cancelation. the refund for the assembly service, however, still has not been issued to me and ive been fighting via email/ phone with both bed bath and angi for the last 2 months just trying to get my 90 dollars back. they both have sent me in circles demanding i talk to the other party to get my money back, i feel ive done everything i can and there's absolutely no reason this refund should have taken this long to be issued back to me. initially i contacted bed bath about it, they instructed me to deal with angi directly, so i did that for a few weeks until they said they had done everything they could on their end but could not issue the refund as they did not have my payment information, so i was told to go back to beyond customer care. i have now been emailing back and forth with them again for multiple weeks and they repeatedly said the refund had been issued but i still have not received my money, and today they told me i need to talk to angi again. i told them i already did, and am at a loss. im sick of it and didn't know what else to do, so here i am. Resolution Sought just give me back the 81.49 ive been begging yall for since dec. please, it should really not be this difficult. at this point i wish id get compensated a little extra for all the time they've wasted, but just the money i paid would do if i could just get it!!! it's been 2 months!!!

A supervisor has been in communication with Selah via email to assist with resolving this matter. We also received communication from Bed, Bath & Beyond stating they had received the report we sent over to them regarding Selah's refund request, and that they will be in touch with Selah and provide assistance to reach a resolution. I paid to have 2 dressers it together because I am redoing my granddaughters room, My initial appointment was for 12/24/24 between the hours of 5:30pm and 8:00pm. Around 6:30pm the tech called m to let me know that he wasn't coming because he was too busy in Sarasota Fl to get there. He asked if it would be ok for him to come on Friday which is today 12/27/24 at 7:00am? I agreed and my husband took the day off to be available. It is now 11:30am and I have heard nothing from the tech. I reached out and nothing. I have been getting the run around all morning trying to get the corporate number to reach out to them for help , but the number given is taking back to the call center. I have been told by one person that there is no corporate and I was told by another that they can't give the number out. I paid for this service in advance and I still haven't gotten any service. They are telling me that I have to wait another 48hrs for a new appointment to be given. That will be day 7 or 8 with the gift that was supposed to be put together on Christmas Eve, for a Christmas present for my granddaughter. We even sent her away while we were putting her room together, and it's still do done because they still won't honor what was told to me. Why am I being rescheduled 3 times to have 2 dressers put together that you were paid for in advance? I think this was and is very unprofessional.
