I've noticed that the owner uses the same pair of plastic gloves on different clients

I've noticed that the owner uses the same pair of plastic gloves on different clients so much so the gloves changed colors, they also changed to a cash only business they always insist their card reader is broken, also they do not sanitize properly after each client. I would like to see covid as well as standard cleanliness practices upgraded and followed through, also if you accept only cash there should be a sign posted saying such
