Your company had the audacity to haul the huge tree you cut from my neighbors yard and leave it in our yard causing damage.

I'm not even a customer of this business and I can see I and many others have had the same problem with this company. I am a neighbor of a customer of this business. I, along with the surrounding neighbors have had our yards and mailboxes destroyed by this company and no justification or means to pick anything up or pay for damages. The person who hired you lives across a main road and your company had the audacity to haul the huge tree you cut from my neighbors yard and leave it in our yard destroying our grass, sprinkler heads, mailboxes. I have now been waiting a week and a half for someone to come get the tree that is STILL IN OUR YARD. Someone has literally picked up a log from the pile every 4 days. And it's a giant oak tree so it really looks no different. Contacted you, including my neighbors. With no response other than yesterday I finally got some women "receptionist" that had obviously not listened to any messages. Or EVER picks up the phone finally answered when I called back to back. She hung up on me twice because I wanted to speak to someone and make sure this tree, the replacing our grass, our neighbors damage will be handled. She's like uhhh duhuhh idk and hung up and she seems like she just didn't want to do her job at all. Surprisingly, like some amazing miracle I thought I was in luck, she called me back! She said she "Spoke to her boss" and said someone from a different company was picking it up around twelve the next day(Tuesday). Pick up the tree out of our yard. Pay for ours and neighbors damages, including sod for new grass replacement, sprinklers, and clean up expenses.
