Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Crooks or incompetent?

Ordered $5000 worth of silver by e-check. They demanded several additional forms of proof of identity other than account and routing number so I cancelled the order. A week later they still had not started the refund. A week after that I called and was told they were holding my money for 60 days. A wretched hive of scum and villainy. Be wise. Take your money and run from APMEX!!!
