Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Apocalypse Ready exceeded my expectations.

Apocalypse Ready exceeded my expectations. I took their firearm training class. Jason, the instructor was a complete professional. He was calm, thorough, and shared his expansive materials and knowledge with everyone. I want to mention that being a woman, and being a woman with no firearm experience I was uncertain about how I would be treated. I'm happy to say that Jason immediately put me at ease. He did not make me feel like I did not belong and never talked down to me. I have already recommended Apocalypse Ready and have handed out several of their business cards to acquaintances of mine. Thanks Apocalypse Ready and Jason!
