Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Please do not do any business this man is a liar, and embezzeler with over $500,000.00 in judgements over money stolen from customers since 2006. I have had him arrested and he is awaiting trial in 1 count of Grand Theft for my 2011 Corvette. see YOUTUBE/RUSS ARAO FRAUD FOR FULL DETAILS ON MINE. ANYONE having a similar problem should call and talk to the arresting officer Det Gary Guevara he can be reached at 1-213-486-8734 he wants to speak to anyone who has been screwed by RUSS ARAO and ARAO Engineering.
