The company responds to complaints by pointing to contract provisions which state it is a 12 month contract and that the consumer may request a re-service if dissatisfied. In some cases the company stated the complainant is in collections and they would be willing to continue services once payments are made. Some complainants are not satisfied with the company's explanations, stating the services did not take care of the problem or the company did not provide the services as stated. Other dissatisfied complainants dispute the company's responses and indicate verbal representations regarding contract cancellation made by the salesperson are not honored, or the debt was paid before the customer was sent to collections.
