They don't take care of requests

I rented from this business and Management tried to illegally charge us for utilities. We tried to resolve it but their business hours did not reflect when they were actually in office so it was difficult to get solved. While we lived their they would state they resolved maintenance requests and no one would show up to fix the problem. We asked for clear communication from the office and instead we got told not to tell them how to do their job. Once we received our deposit we couldn't cash the check because they made a mistake in wording. When I called to get it fixed the office staff said "no one else had this problem" and "the bank must've made a mistake " We finally received our check over a month later. Actually take care of requests and be open when they say they are and communicate more effectively with clients
