Bought furniture at Ashley in Lubbock Tx, horrible customer service

Bought furniture at Ashley in Lubbock Tx, horrible customer service, they have no return policy after furniture is delivered and if you cancel the order before it is delivered they charge a 25 restocking fee, absolutely ridiculous. My husband went into the store today to find out when the rest of our furniture will be delivered because we tried calling customer service twice and was on hold for over a hour and then hung up on. We are already paying finance charges on the furniture that we ordered at the beginning of October, granted he did get a little upset on the store, but the manager confronted my husband and did not offer any help. He asked my husband to leave without trying to solve the issue. We have spent $10000 in this store already and to be treated like we don't matter is unacceptable. We don't need stores that have no customer service in Lubbock Tx, it is unacceptable. We will never give this company future business and will encourage other people to shop else where. I also made a complaint to the corporate office with Ashley's but this business needs to be run out of town with this kind of horrible business practice!
