Be more professional. Follow up with customers and do what they're going to do

I was referred to Aspen Dental from my insurance company that accepts Guardian. I called Aspen to have an evaluation on my mouth for a root canal. On the day of my appointment, they called me to tell me the office was closed because of their computers had went down. I lost a whole days of work and had to reschedule. Finally got the evaluation done but they didn't have an Endonotist dentist in office and said they would call me back when he or she was available. Two months have passed so I went to the office today to see if Aspen knew when the dentist was coming. I asked the employee when the Endocrinologist was coming and he said he was there yesterday but they never called me to tell me. The person I asked at the desk didn't know and I guess went to the back for more information. I waited 20 minutes for his return but he never came back so I left. As I was leaving, I spotted all the employees out back smoking and eating. I've never experienced such unprofessional that I felt forced to make a complaint and call my insurance to refer me to a different dentist office. They also had a business license sitting on the front desk that was expired 12/31/2022
