Falsifying documents

Aspen dental northside Jacksonville Florida city Station Drive is falsifying documents, I have dental insurance. I present it and paid my bill every time. I went to the doctor. I only got work done when I paid every time. Those people are falsifying records at that location north side aspen dental. Investigate their office like they have on those shows where someone can go in and pay with their insurance and pay their bill.
