Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Close the doors stop scamming people lying claiming you need thousands of dollars of cleaning need negative star options.

Aspen Dental Scam: Made appointment with Aspen dental to my surprise easily booked not extended waits like most practices. Went in with my chief complaint sore tooth assumed cavity. Doctor assistant assume fake dental hygienist poke on my teeth and yelled out number for someone to type into computer with my profile getting built. Claimed I had padontal disease. Wouldn't fix my cavity until I spent $2800 or $3800 on a deep cleaning. But would allow me to make a payment in quarters. Only then would they address my cavity. The entire process felt like a scam sells pitch. So, I got second opinion. Turns out I didn't even have a cavity was something inside my gum. I didn't have padontal disease and I did have a very small cavity that they completely missed. Stay away from Aspen Dental it's a complete scam. At the very least get a second opinion stay away from large chains. Use a small practice they have something to lose and something to gain. Your business and avoid word of mouth of bad business. I used Dr. Neal @ Danville family dental. Top shelf experience extremely professional and very thorough. The dental hygienist did a amazing job cleaning my teeth. AVOID ASPEN Dental at least get a second opinion. I have been in sales that's all it is. Only difference I didn't lie or steal from innocent people.
