I have experienced many issues with this taxi service, from them not showing up at all, all the way to drunk drivers. I have called the company numerous times to find a resolution. It is always an issue to get a supervisor or manager on the phone, and when I finally did he simply said he can not explain why there are so many issues and proceeded to hang up on me. They way they treated a paying customer is ridiculous especially when I have been using there services twice daily over the last 3 months. I'm not looking to get paid or refunded but as a business they need to be held accountable for their actions.
