This firm purports to offer mortgage loan packaging services and assistance finding secured or unsecured personal loans for a one time non-refundable fee. Reportedly, if loans are refused the fee can be applied towards credit repair. Complaints generally allege failure to perform as promised and difficulty obtaining refunds. Specifically, complaints state the company was unable to secure a personal loan after loans were purported to be pre-approved and advance fees were paid. Some of these complaints allege the company indicated negative credit information would not interfere in their ability to obtain a loan. The company responded to all complaints by providing an explanation, pointing out that fees are for services and not refundable.This company is not a lender, nor is it licensed to assist in the loan process. It has not complied with California law which requires any company advertising loans or offering credit repair register with the Attorney General and post a $100,000 bond. Even if licensed, it would be unlawful to collect fees before promised services were performed. A mortage company would be exempt only if offering these services in connection with mortgage lending which requires a real estate license. We could find no evidence of a real estate license for this company. In spite of this company's use of the Bureau's name, this company is not a member of the Better Business Bureau.
