Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Watch out for this company!

Watch out for this company. They will bill you for work you never asked for. Just calling them and they will send you a $650.00 bill. Supper sleazy company...BUT WAIT there is more.... They have no idea what they are talking about. Very, very inexperienced employees, bad customer service and deceptive business practices. STAY AWAY! Zero stars.
