Poor Customer Service!

He impounded my car for the bank. I had the debt paid at the bank by nine in the morning. My car has been released since nine in the morning. The guy of the towing company would not answer my phone calls to make an appointment to get the vehicle and won't show up at his business to release the car. He is being rude and won't answer me period but will answer calls from my other family members trying to find out information for me. I don't want money. I want him to have to do is job and not screw people over and hold their vehicles hostage.
