ATI Physical Therapy

Follow governor's orders stay home save lives until 04/30/2020.

Upon inquiring on safety protocol entering and exiting the facility (due to Covid 19 Rapidly increasing in Detroit Metro area) for patients and new patients from ATI Physical Therapy-Ferndale location 23143 Woodward Ave (248) 268-5742. I reached out to Ferndale Police Department Officer Wolowiec took the call regarding my concerns of the facility response to the Governor's issued order order stay home save lives until 04/30/2020. The staff states during the call "were a private facility that ruling doesn't abide to us", "We have CDC guidelines" , "its up to the patient rather or not they want to wear a mask", "we have 900 facilities that are remaining open", "Our prescreening process is done by telephone and a check for flu like symptoms are done onsite" I feel as a concerned citizen and physical therapy patient at Rehab One and most Clinics have went virtual telecom services vs. Placing the patients safety at risk ATI Physical therapy is not a Medical facility for Covid Testing nor determine whether or not a patient may be exposed the virus immutes slowing through the body and is a symptomatic. I feel ATI is not striving to protect its patients! Follow governor's orders stay home save lives until 04/30/2020 and use virtual telecom for patients that require Physical therapy, as most caring facilities are doing to help stop the spread of Covid 19 (New) to U.S
