Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I was looking at jail time,a place where I had already spent five days. I needed a good attorney, I couldn't afford to put this in the hands of a public defender. I saw the great ratings for Mr. Altman. This man gave me a sence of peace throughout my ordeal. He was awesome! in every way. He worked very closely with me and I received the best outcome I could ask for. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I hope I never need him again but, would not hesitate to use him. He deserves ten stars!
