Stolen Shredder

After troubleshooting an issue we were having with our Shredder, I contacted Aurora and was connected with Danny Balcita. He instructed me with further troubleshooting procedures which did not work. Danny stated that we would need to file a claim. He later asked me to email our receipt and a brief video of the performance of the shredder for his review. I did not hear back from Danny so I called him to determine the next step. He stated that he would need us to ship the shredder to him to which I replied that we would not be paying costs to ship something we purchased to him. Danny replied that he was sending me an email with a shipping label so that we could send the shredder so that he check out the issue and begin the claim process. On Friday, May 24, I shipped the shredder as instructed. Days passed with no acknowledgement or response from Danny so I sent him an email requesting a status. He later responded, the warranty has expired since we purchased the shredder in 2017. I responded to Danny asking why he send us a shipping label after I sent evidence of purchase and where the shredder is located. His responses were very curt and he did not answer my questions so I emailed Danny asking to have his manager contact me to which I received no response. I have called numerous times requesting Danny Balcita. Each time I call, Tonya who answers the phone becomes repeatedly rude has no good measure of customer service. This behavior is unacceptable!!! At this point I just want our product returned to us! This is the most dishonorable group of people I have ever worked with. I mentioned to Tonya that I had no other choice but to file a complaint with BBB and she simply encouraged me. How horrific to employ such a disastrous attitude. Where is our shredder???
