They sold us a bad car.

AJ at auto dash in west point MS sold me & my daughter a bad car. It was in & out the shop for numerous of times during the 3 months that she had it. Frustrated I told AJ that the car was not working for her, so I asked for a solution. To give her, her down payment back or swap her out with something. First he said he could not give the whole down payment back & that he would swap her out with a 2015 kia that he had just come in on and that we could so the swap out & paperwork Tuesday 09/21/2022, but when I arrived at the shop dropping the other car off his MECHANIC handed me termination papers and a check & said that AJ said that it wouldn't work out. Deal with customers more politely and professional.
