Automated Waste Services

Hire somebody nice to talk to, make it possible to be able to order a container without having to come up with that much money on the spot

This was my second time of calling automated Waste Services because I have a garage clean out that I need to do at my home it's not a real big job only needed a container set for a day or two. I called to try to get a container at a at any time that was good for them and me too and the first time I called a couple of weeks ago this girl you know she was very direct and hateful with me so I hung up the phone and thought well I will find somebody else. well I found somebody else but then I lost his phone number after I had talked to him. so today I decided that I would go ahead and call back up there and sure enough I called back up there and she was still hateful. you know just real hateful acting like she didn't like I was bothering her very hateful. I asked her her name and I said thank you I'm going to turn you in to your boss. she says well I'm one of the managers I said well I'm not going to give you my business then because not only was she hateful she was very direct saying that they needed $340 today to hold a container for me even though I'm just need a small container for a day or two!!
