Failed to have my car ready as scheduled for oil change.

I had a 930 am appointment for an oil change. Several people came in and were waited on. No one came to me and told me why my wait was so long. Around 1130, I asked what the problem was and was told that I would have to wait an hour and a half more. I left and came back at 130. My car still was not ready. Then I was told that the oil and filter were not there and I would have to wait until it was delivered. They finally finished my vehicle at 315pm. They gave me the oil change for free but I lost valuable time from my day. My desired outcome would have been to got my oil changed at 0930 and been out of there at 1130 am.
