I understand they are in the business to make money but to charged 1000 the cost of a repair is ridiculous in my opinion.
I went on to find out why my check in light was on. After waiting 3 hours I was told it would cost $2000 and take 2 hours to do. I saw my car parked in the exit lane. After paying my bill for having the problem diagnosed, the employee told to have a seat till my car was brought around. They waited another 15 minutes to call me, telling me I was ready to go. I left with a statement of the repair incase I changed my mind. I ordered the 2 parts on line and watched how to repair the problem on YouTube. They cost $200 not $ $1100 and fixed it in 30 minutes not 2 hours. Autonation tried to scam me out of $1800 and 2 more hours of my time. I think the public had a right to know who they are and what kind of business they are running. Tru to run a fair and honest business and stop trying to take advantage of people by cheating them out of their hard earned money. I understand they are in the business to make money but to charged 1000 the cost of a repair is ridiculous in my opinion.
