This location refused to honor warranty!

I went to the store to get new Gabriel highjack air shocks which I had a lifetime warranty on. I notified them that they broke off while driving and I lost one along the road there was a note left about me coming to get them. He gave me a hard time and then was going to open the box and give me one out of it. When I brought them as a pair and still didn't give them to me he was very rude and arrogant, he was the store manager name Buster. I called the store in Leesburg and got them with no problem. Stand behind the warranty
