Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Extremely response. Great communictions. Very professional and diligent.

Avant was one of the best electrical contractors I've ever dealt with. Brian installed a fixed generator to automatically provide power to our house during power outages. He was extremely responsive and was really great communicating during the entire multi-week project. Very professional, thorough, and diligent. I'd use Avant Electric again for any new projects.
