Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This means that customers who did not receive their orders for 45 days, unknowingly had only 15 days to try the product, return the unused portion, and request a refund.
