"The Corporate Code" is priced at $995.00 and consists of manuals, CD's, DVD's and reference guides for training businesses to build corporate credit, set up incorporations, and comply with State and Federal Laws. "The Elite Program" requires a $2500.00 deposit and a consulting fee of 10% of the amount of Cash Credit the company obtains. This program also includes "The Corporate Code" package and additional services including, but not limited to, personal credit repair, business credit monitoring services, state filings, and cash credit.

The company advertises a "Money Back Guarantee." However, the guarantee is not unconditional. Verify if the guarantee has any conditions and if they are included in the contractual agreement before paying any fees. Before signing any agreement, or paying fees for training materials, insist that the seller provide full written details of the offer, cancellation and refund policies, and the Terms and Agreement of the contract. This company's contract does not provide a specific time frame to fulfill services offered. Be aware of any restrictions associated with refund and cancellations of training materials. Our experience has been that some companies will deny refunds or will not accept return if materials have been opened. Obtain written confirmation of all verbal promises and any unclear issues. Remember, you have three days to change your mind on seminar sales contract purchases.
