I called and they threatened me when I've asked to transfer to room number and keeps saying they can't transfer me

I called and they threatened me when I've asked to transfer to room number and keeps saying they can't transfer me when they have before with a different person. They can transfer my call, they just choose to be lazy and can't seem to push a simple button. I prefer them to better there business and keep drugs out of there and be better mannered on the phone and not threaten me ever.
