Shut it down

Company is unethical and has held vehicles after making payments towards their loans or even paying out their loan in total. They refuse to give you an answer on where your vehicle is as well as releasing the vehicle on the time that you make an appointment. Not only that the cops were called just to have them have a conversation with you because they refuse to have a face-to-face conversation and on the phone they hang up on you. This is unethical and incorrect
