Hire a secretary who is professional who talks to customers & doesn't scream or lie would be a great start!

This is the most un-professional business me my wife family & friends have ever dealt with. They are never there during business hours. His wife is the secretary & cursed at my mother trying to contact me. They refused to take a payment because we didn't have enough to cover their extra $25 late fee on a payment one day late. Then they tried to call & say they were going to repo our vehicle for being THREE days late on a bill. Their vehicles are junk but they make sure all check lists are off for test drives. I do not understand why they would be so rude & not help customers. The owner even got on the phone & personally apologized to my wife for his wife/secretaries extremely rude behavior to my wife & my mother. What this business is doing should be illegal! We have conversations & calls recorded. We tried to contact them several times but at certain times their phone bill hasn't been paid & will not "allow" calls at the time. We want to pay our weekly (whenever u can get through by call) bill & be done with this place. We were going to go through them to pay for our teenage sons to get vehicles before we knew how truly shady & un professional Mrs Holley banks really is. We hope this saves at least one person from being swindled by local jokes car lots lazy wife on a power trip. Truly disgusting.
