The Gardner never finished his job and he owes me 5 receipts 3 for 350.00 and 2 for 450.00. I kept asking for them to file my taxes and he always gave me running around. Its not about money at all. Its about respect and to keep your word. I canceled jobs to wait on him and never mailed the receipts or dropped them off and he's 2 streets away from me. I just want to make sure he gets some type of discipline because I found out from my other neighbors he does it all the time. I have my own business and I pay taxes and give receipts out to my clients and he should do the same. Thank you And I Really Hope He Gets Disciplined. I want him to get fined for not giving out receipts and NOT finishing his Job. He's Laughing Like He Doesn't Have To Pay TAXES,
