Let the company know the business policy and don't accuse someone of doing something before it is done.

Booked online. Once we arrived we were told they didn't take cash. I held the room with a cc, always pay with cash. After, I complained the owner Rao said he would take cash and needed $100 deposit cash plus our cc on file, because we might mess the room up. So, he accused us that we would mess the room up before we even got the in the room. This whole experience was very disappointing.
