Needs to be cleaned up it's not a good place to take your family

Upon arrival our room was four hours late being ready for us to go in, once in the room had bugs crawling on the walls, they moved us to a low floor were the carpet was nasty in the halls and in the room we found bed bugs on the mattress they were rude and refused to refund. I talk to Jessica who cussed me and Crystal who laughed at me. When we were exciting the building I saw there people sleeping in the Parking lot. A called tried to speak with Ronnie and no one has yet to call me back. I called there local police and was also told they were drug dealing going thru the Baymont
