Why would you have a rude person dealing with your customers?

On October the 16th 2021 at 240 pm I was pulling inside the parking lot to park my car and pay. But before I can get the change to even get all the way inside he starts yelling very loud then came to my car with like I did something wrong. so after I finally pay for my parking spot and I'm walking off he tells me I better not leave no money inside my car or its going to be gone. so I walked inside the store to get the owner number they gave it to me when I called him and told him what happen he tells me he already knows about his employee being rude and he's not going to do anything about it. I am highly upset because the people inside the store even said that he a rude person why would you have a rude person dealing with your customers and I would like action to be taking. I would like for his employee to be fired and for the owner to be invested for running a business like that and saying he don't care
