Very helpful and knowledgable customer service

I came to Bearings Direct in order to replace the bearing in my lawn mower. I wasn't sure about what bearing to buy but after discussing it with the technical support team, I was able to decide on the bearing that would work best for my lawn mower. As someone who isn't as knowledgable about these things, I really appreciated the time and effort that the people working at Bearings Direct spent in helping me find the right product.
