To display correct price on products.

Review of Beauty Exchange #01 1020 W, Sunrise Blvd Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33311: Owner: Muntaser Ahhad. As a retired General Manager of Fortune 500 companies with forty years of experience and a former Buyer of a Major Department store, I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience at Beauty Exchange. Despite being a loyal customer for three years, I encountered a troubling "bait and switch" tactic during my visit on 3/13/2024 at 7:32 p.m. Upon entering the store and noticing a product with a displayed price, I was shocked to discover that the actual price was $10.01 higher. When I raised this discrepancy with the sales clerk, Mohamed, he explained that pricing decisions were beyond his control as an employee. This response was unsatisfactory, as it reflects poor business practice and a lack of accountability. Having been in retail management and buying for decades, I have never encountered such deceptive pricing tactics. It is unacceptable for a business to mislead loyal customers with false pricing information. I have attached a picture of the product clearly displaying the advertised price for reference. In conclusion, my experience at Beauty Exchange was deeply disappointing, and I urge the owner to reconsider their pricing policies to uphold integrity and trust with customers.
