HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I was sold a faulty, unfit, unsafe car to drive on 1/8/25, I went in to purchase a vehicle with the assurance that the car was in excellent working condition by the seller and that there was absolutely nothing wrong with vehicle, the very next day after having the car I experienced major mechanical issues with the car putting my life and others life on the road in potential danger, the engine was shaking terribly, misfiring, & eventually would not start at all and I've only had the vehicle 3 days, I notified the seller the very next day of the things I was experiencing but he he again said that it was fine and just a dead battery cause the car had been sitting but clearly the car was not working fine or in excellent working condition cause as of the 3rd day the car won't even start ot turn over, it is not safe to drive on the road, I have witnesses to these happenings, I have refused the contract and asked for my money back the 2nd day of purchasing, the seller has not contacted me or picked up the vehicle after asking him to come get it, it's a junk car and requires a jump to even start the car, once the car is started it shakes and makes loud mis firing noises down up the road and at an idle and he allowed me to purchase this vehicle knowing i would be driving my kids in this car, I purchased a vehicle for the sole purpose of being able to safely drive and operate the vehicle in which it is NOT, I want my money back and I'm refusing the signed contract and or deal made
