Will never recommend them again nor use their services. Ever!

I went to this law firm for a consultation regarding my fathers will. Within 15 minutes of the appointment with the attorney the meeting was interrupted by the receptionist for the attorney to sign a paper and to inform him that he had a phone calls while I was just getting started discussing my case. The attorney kept refreshing my mind by standing up and pointing at the phone that he had other things to do . I left there feeling very confused uninformed without having the opportunity to ask all the questions that I needed to ask. I decided I did not want to use this firm. I contacted them by phone and asked to speak with the office manager I was informed I could not speak to her she was not part of the case. The receptionist asked why I needed to speak with her and I told her that I just wanted my paperwork so that I could go elsewhere. The receptionist came extremely combative and told me they would not mail me my documents that I must come in and pack them up and she hung up on me. When I arrived at their office to pick up the documents both women in the office began screaming at me arguing with me as to why I wanted to withdraw including followed me out to the parking lot and screamed at me to take another pill. The treatment that I received at their Office by their receptionist as well as the attorney who did not act professional and ethical. My opinion including the attorney that was hiding around the wall and did nothing about this verbally abusive attack.
