Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Bell has managed our HOA for over 5 years. I am thankful for their quick and very personal service.

I am a homeowner in Reseda, CA and Bell has managed our HOA for over 5 years. I am thankful for their quick and very personal service. They have went out of their way to help me on many occasions. Our HOA is great, but it would not be without them. They truly care about their clients and not just the board members. Thank you Bell Management team for all your help. We love our manager, Jamie and Nicole.
