Horrible Customer Service by Employees

I went to this place and had my nails and pedicure done by Min and Ivy. I called to make another appt and was told they did not want to do my nails and pedicure again. They had done it twice for me and was told by the owner that I was too picky and they don't like having to give me a lot of towels which I use to put in back of my neck for comfort due to a severe neck injury and numerous neck surgerys. In some ways I am partially disabled. I was also by the owner that they had said wasn't worth their time when they can work on other customers who they can do faster, aren't as picky and that don't require a couple of towels to put behind their neck for comfort. I could not believe what I was hearing in this day and age and the owner saying he was sorry but that is how his employees are allowed to act. This made me cry since I have never ever been told by any establishment that they didn't want to accomadate me since they can make more money with people without disabilites. The owner went on to say they thought I was very rich, tipped very well but it was up to Min and Ivy
