Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The waitresses was just horrible as well as the management staff!

We an my friend came into the restaurant and had to wait over hours before they even sent the cook over to cook our food. Mean well they was still bring other customers in an Serving them right away while we wait to be serviced for two hours. The manager was very rude and took 30 minutes before she even came over to our table. The manager's name was Jessica Kaden. She did say the only thing she could do was maybe take 20 off the bill. I feel like we was discriminated against because we was an all black table. I'm on the table they walked in before us was all white people coming in and got served right away! Discrimination should not be tolerated in the year of 2022 this is a disgrace. My desire of the alcohol is for Benihana to get their management staff and the workers better training in regards to ethnic groups of people coming into the restaurant.
