Step it up or shut them down!

My fiancé and i came to the scrap yard on 01/29/2021 to get rid of some scrap metal and they had the audacity to let us go across the scale and then back across the scale to get our ticket for our pay and there was no one there to pay us, and that is after we been across the scale 2 times. They didn't tell us anything about not having the money to pay customers! So we were informed we had to wait on the woman from the office to go the bank and come back with our money all while my child is at a babysitters house expecting me back half an hour ago. So i am very disappointed and VERY INCONVENIENCED by berkeley county scrap metal! Also not to mention the last time we visited berkeley scrap it was the same thing then!
