Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Poor Service!!

What was said was consistently went back on and I had been left hanging on multiple occasions with no regard to my situation after he promised. Mr. Berlin himself told me he would take my case himself and have my back and I found out more and more that time went on. He was not in my corner at all and he was just trying to make a paycheck off of me. Mind you he then thought he deserved 25 of what little I ended up having to settle for after I had no other choice before I was homeless. Before all this was said and done I was so defeated and had no choice but to bend over and just take it. I'll be 30 this year and I'm still learning that people don't always have your best interests in mind and are there for themselves even if they say they have your back its not the case with Mr Berlin. Be a man and do right by the people he works for.
