Rude and disrespectful.

I contacted Terry to inquire about purchasing some burial caskets and he was informative the first conversation, I reached out to him a second time via phone to ask a couple of questions. He called me dumb and stupid, he kept saying duh when I would ask him anything. He said I'm blocking you, you are trying to be my competitor and I said I'm asking you what to do as far as advertising because I didn't want to stain the relationship! He again called me stupid again and hung up! I was reading the reviews about this company and he has made anti-Semitic comments to someone else.
