There are several rooms out of order.

There are several rooms out of order. Several rooms in order that are not up to par (nonworking outlets, toilets, phones, handy accessible rooms not up to par with handy cap standards, doors that do not work but rooms are still in service for these issued rooms). Several things on the property that are broken and not being fixed or addressed (shelter for smoking area, support beam for top floor broken, stairway on right side of main entrance out of order). Things have been broken and unfixed for over a month. It is very unsafe for guests and workers. Support beam that is broken guests are still being put in rooms on 2nd floor as well as main level where support beam is broken. Management Vicenta Williams has been addressed of all issues time and time again, but still nothing is done. Things need to be fixed and or place of business shut down until they are fixed. Possible new management to get place of business back in order and running properly.
