Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The lady was very rude. Talked down to me and talked to me like I was stupid. Didn't want to answer questions as to how the bbb worked. Give an apology and understand that their job is not to judge people off of what other people said
